Raider Wrestling
The Raider Wrestling Team has joined a new and exciting website called Flowrestling. Flowrestling is basically YouTube for wrestling, but with a little more security. We will be able to upload any video from matches / tournaments / season highlights and possibly even practice for you to view on Flo. This will be a great tool for our wrestlers to study their matches, to get better, while at home and also for parents and relatives that would like to see your sons compete if they are unable to attend meets. What do I need to do to become a member of the Flo/Sugar River community? Read below for detailed directions.
1. go to www.flowrestling.org
2. go to the upper right hand corner of the home page and click "sign-up" to create an account. Please use your full name for verification purposes. No nicknames!
3. Once you have created an account go to the menu bar and hover over flowrestlr, and click on "teams".
4. The teams page will load and provide a search box to search for a team. Type in Sugar River Raiders and click "search".
5. Click on become a member of this team. It should ask you what kind of membership you want. Wrestlers choose wrestlers. Parents choose parents. Relatives choose relatives. Fans choose fans. Coaches choose coaches. Each has a different type of access to certain features on our flo site. Access needs to be verified by me so no one from outside our Raider family can access our videos. If you have a relative that wants to join let me know so I can grant them access. I will deny all those people that I do not recognize!
That's it. We hope to begin adding video content this winter so stay tuned. In the meantime check out the site, it has some great resources. Great Technique videos, great motivational chats with coaches and wrestlers from around the country. Great matches to watch from all levels, high school through international level wrestling can be found here. This is a completely free site and the people at Flo would like to keep it that way, but the website does cost money to run. If you feel you would like to donate to Flowrestling, any amount helps keep them in business. At the bottom of the page there should be a "donate" button to click.
