Online Arena Scheduling Instructions
Opens 4/16/2012
1. Click on Family/Student Access
2. Type in Login and Password
3. Select Summer School Program from the drop down tab-located in the middle top section of the Family Access Page
4. Select Arena Scheduling Courses for 2012-13 -located on the left hand side of the Family Access Page
5. Select by Course Description to View all Courses Available on the top right hand side of Family Access Page titled (Selected Search Options)
6. Click on the Add button to select class, a message pops up, are you sure you want to add this Class? Click on OK
7. To View your Selected Classes- Click on tab at top center (Selected Classes)Option
8. Review all courses before you Click on Submit Classes at the top right tab
9. Click on Submit Classes on the top right tab
10. A message will pop up-Are you sure you want to submit your schedule-BE SURE you have reviewed your schedule in Selected Courses before you submit Classes- Click OK
11. Print Schedule if you would like a copy
12. Logout of Family Access
13. Please note you will have to run this process for each child you would like to schedule
