One of our local families will be selling plants in conjunction with our High School Agriculture Plant sale today. All of the proceeds from the family sale will be donated to the New Glarus Community Field and the Green County Humane Society. We look forward to seeing lots of folks at both sales! There will be lots of beautiful plants for your pots and garden to choose from!

We're celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week in the New Glarus School District!
We wish to express our gratitude to the incredible people who have dedicated their lives to preparing the next generation for the challenges and opportunities of the future.

Don't forget! The New Glarus MS/HS Agriculture Department plant sale opens up on Monday, May 6th at 2:30pm.There are lots of beautiful, healthy plants available!
The sale is in the greenhouse at the southwest corner of the high school building.
Dates and hours for the sale are : May 6-8, and May 13-15 from 2:30pm till 5:00pm.
All proceeds go directly back to the Agriculture Department. Hope to see you there!

BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Riley Hoesly for winning the "Best of School" for her artwork at the Capitol Conference Art Show. Also, congrats to Addie Lutz, Emma Mondloch, Emilia Rood, Kaylee Clark, Carlee Rodebaugh, Waverly Kalstrup, and J Thelen for creating artwork that represented New Glarus High School.


Today, the Elementary School staff and students honored custodian Linda Clarke for her service to the District. Linda has decided to retire from NGSD. We thank you, Linda, for all your years of service to the District. We're going to miss you, but wish you much happiness in your retirement!

Some of our Kindergarten friends got creative with some Dandelions today!


The New Glarus High School Vocal Jazz Ensemble were guest performers at the Bel Canto Community Choir Spring Concert at the Monroe Arts Center on Sunday.
Both the Bel Canto Community Choir and the Vocal Jazz group entertained a large crowd, who came out to listen to some beautiful music on a Sunday afternoon!


Lots of progress is being made on our new athletic complex! The curb around the track is almost complete, concrete is being poured for track events, and the new press box. Keep watching!


Thanks to Patrick and Mrs. Wenger for coming to the School Board meeting on Monday to tell them about this year's Math Team and all of their successes!
