Help Save Lives – FBLA/FCCLA-Sponsored Red Cross Blood Drive!

Parents and community members, we invite you to take part in a life-saving opportunity at the Red Cross Blood Drive on Monday, June 8th, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the New Glarus High School Gymnasium.

This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Blood donations are urgently needed, and your contribution could help trauma patients, infants, or those battling illness in our community.

In addition to standard blood donations, we are especially encouraging Power Red Donations. This type of donation collects two units of red blood cells while safely returning plasma and platelets to your body. These donations are incredibly valuable and are used for patients in critical need.

Power Red Donor Requirements:

• Blood Type: O+, O−
• Men: At least 17 years old, 5’1”, 130 lbs
• Women: At least 19 years old, 5’5”, 150 lbs

Appointment time: ~1.5 hours (including rest & registration)
