Head Coach Rychia Bosman

A standout track & field student-athlete in high school and in college, Rychia brings a ton of competitive experience to the New Glarus Track & Field program. Most recently, Rychia served as an assistant coach at Verona High School from 2021-2024 before coaching NGMS Track & Field in 2025 and taking over the NGHS program in 2026. Rychia guided the boys to a share of the Capitol South Conference Championship in her first season.
